Justin Timberlake, 43, was arrested earlier this week for driving while intoxicated. The “Can’t Stop The Feeling” singer was held overnight for arraignment in the early hours of Tuesday.
The 10-time-Grammy-winner was pulled over after driving erratically at around 1AM Tuesday, and was subsequently taken to Sag Village Police Department for processing.
Cops Reveal Shocking Details
The 43-year-old singer was arrested and charged after swerving in his 2025 grey BMW UT in the Hamptons. He repeatedly refused to take a chemical test after being pulled over by police.
The cops who pulled Timberlake over reported that he had “a strong odour of an alcoholic beverage” and that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy. He also performed poorly on a field sobriety test.
Timberlake’s Defense
According to reports, Timberlake attempted to play down the amount he had drunk when approached by cops. “I had one martini and I followed my friends home,” he is alleged to have told them.
However, Timberlake refused three times to take a test of his blood alcohol content when taken in for processing by police. He has been ordered to appear virtually in court on July 26th.

Once a child star, Timberlake rose to prominence in the late 90s as the lead vocalist for *NSYNC – whose hits include “Bye Bye Bye” and “It’s Gonna Be”.
